Corporate Mentoring for Children without Parental Care

11 teenagers of the most vulnerable category, graduates from boarding schools.  11 mentors – Winner employees – who were the most able to understand children, feel them and encourage them to believe in themselves. All of that is about a corporate mentoring program that is unique on such a scale in Ukraine.

Corporate Mentoring for Children without Parental Care

The Corporate Mentoring program for children without parental care, which have been lasting more than 9 months, ended. For the first time, Winner together with the Association of Mentoring for Children and Youth implemented a project of this level of involvement. After all, in March, we`ve taken a group of 11 teenagers, choose mentors for each of them among the employees, who have shared their professional and life experiences for almost a year.

Participants of the "Winner Future Leaders Development Program" studied according to the programs of the corporate training unit "Winner College" and developed practical skills side by side with mentors. Future graduates learned to communicate and set goals, got acquainted with professions and the working atmosphere at Winner.

We are happy for our graduates and proud of the path we have traveled together. We wish them, despite difficult life circumstances, to believe in themselves and become real leaders in their lives! We are confident that the Winner program provided necessary support to teenagers in understanding their talents, desires and opportunities, helped them determine their future profession, and helped them successfully integrate into society.
