Winner is the only automotive retail company among Ukraine’s Top 50 Employers, according to NV and Odgers.

The ranking evaluated companies across four key areas: inclusivity, veteran support, talent development and retention, and employee care during challenging times.

What does this look like at Winner?

• Equal Opportunities. Women hold 38% of leadership positions and are building careers in traditionally male-dominated roles – from dealership directors to automotive technicians.
• Supporting Defenders and Veterans. We retain jobs, continue paying salaries, and provide ongoing support to 66 colleagues serving in Ukraine’s Defense Forces. Another 14 veterans are part of our team, receiving support as they transition to civilian life.
• Talent Development. 71% of our leaders have grown into their roles from within the company, and one in five vacancies is filled through internal career development. The average employee tenure at Winner is 8 years.
• Employee Care. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, a resilience program, and financial assistance to employees whose homes have been damaged by the war.
• Social Responsibility. Since 2022, Winner has contributed over UAH 437 million in charitable support. More than 80 employee volunteers, together with their families, help rescued animals and low-income families and participate in blood donation initiatives.
