Official statement by Winner regarding electromobility and tax policy

Winner believes in the environmentally sustainable development of the automotive industry and strongly supports the growth of electric vehicles market, as well as government initiatives aimed at promoting it.

At the same time, Ukraine is in a state of full-scale war with russia. We firmly believe that every market participant — regardless of their area of activity — must make their own contribution to the struggle for independence and recovery of our country.

In this context, although the extension of the zero VAT rate and customs exemptions could bring short-term benefits for certain products, including ours, Winner does not support their further continuation. We believe that ensuring fair and equal contributions to the state budget is a shared national responsibility.

As evidence of this position, based on the results of 2024 and the first half of 2025, Winner ranked 30th among the largest taxpayers in Ukraine (according to Delo.ua), which demonstrates our commitment to the principles of responsible business and a sustainable future for an independent Ukraine.
