Since 2010, within the framework of this project by Osvitoriya public union organizes, orphans aged 10-15 get their first profession, assistance in finding their true identity, and also assistance in fear reduction in the face of unemployed future outside the boarding school. The project includes free workshops in the following fields: “dressmaking”, “hairstyling”, “shoemaking”, “culinary art” and more.
The best teachers-instructors are employed to conduct these workshops, who are provided with all the necessary materials and equipment. During their training, children also visit modern large and small companies to get the idea how everything operates outside the boarding school.
Winner has been supporting this project for three years already.
