It is difficult to change the mindset of adults. But we have to try to change the thinking of children in order to make their path easier in the future, it`s quite realistic. Especially the thinking of boarding school children, it is too difficult for them to believe in their own strengths and capabilities.
That is why it is so valuable for Winner to support the Orphan Education Club project, which deals with social adaptation and educational programs for orphans. Education Bus is one such program. It consists of 5 educational modules, during which boarding school students come to the camp and attend various lectures and workshops during the week.
In five modules that took place over the course of a year, teenagers studied financial literacy and the basics of entrepreneurship, leadership and goal setting, acting skills and the basics of communication. But in fact, they learned to hear and listen, express their thoughts and think more broadly, set goals and work in a team, get to know themselves and their capabilities.
So, we believe everything will work out for them, because a change in thinking can change fate.
